A small-town kid making big town sound across the globe, Trapment has been sharing his love of music with Canada and the world for over a decade. Growing up in Northern Ontario, Trapment purchased his first set of turntables when he was 17 years old and hasn’t stopped perfecting his craft since. Through his passion for music and his ability to rock the crowd like no other, Trapment is the first DJ to hold 2 Canadian National Red Bull 3Style Championship titles. These accomplishments led Trapment to claiming the titles of 2016 Vice Champ and 2019 Third Place Champ at the 3Style World Finals in Santiago, Chile and Taipei, Taiwan. An open format DJ, Trapment specializes in all music genres and brings his unique flavour and sound to the stage, always customizing his sets to the crowd. Trapment has rocked the biggest hip hop parties and the largest open format clubs all the way from the west coast (Vancouver & Whistler) to the east coast (Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & P.E.I.) and in almost every major club across Ontario. Trapment is INK Entertainment’s newest resident DJ at ToyBox, right in the heart of Toronto, Ontario as well as at their other venues, Rebel, Cabana, CUBE, and Dragonfly. Trapment also rocks the east coast every month at The Dome in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
